All of the products sold by Blue Leaf Bathware and Tiles are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. As responsible members of the business community, we have paid close attention to the quality and ensure that their warranty is comprehensive. You can purchase our products and know that they will last you many years.
We do not offer any additional warranties because from our vetting process, we are confident that the manufacturers’ warranties are strong enough to stand on their own. When a manufacturer does not offer a complete and comprehensive warranty then we simply do not add these products to our range. We enjoy an excellent repetition in our industry and would like to keep it that way.
When you receive a product from us, please take a moment to make sure that the packaging and order are correct. If not, send it please call us immediately and we can discuss the best way to resolve the challenge? Once you have accepted the delivery, then any claims after that point can be directed to the manufacturer under their warranty. Of course we will assist you if needs be.
Should you detect any defect with any of our products after they have been installed, immediately contact the manufacturer to see what they can do to remedy the situation? In general, our products have warranties for at least 20 years, if not for life. We have selected only the best products with extensive warranties to ensure you are covered for the long term.
