OUR RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Conditions

  1. For all warranty claims and faulty or not-as-described items, Blue Leaf Bathware & Tiles will pay return postage, and we will exchange or resupply any product that is faulty or has been incorrectly supplied.

  2. We have a strict check-and-pack policy at our distribution warehouse to ensure all our products are in brand-new condition and are safely wrapped before dispatch. Upon receiving your items, please inspect them for damage or defects within 24 hours of receipt. Our included transport insurance covers all items and has a 24-hour timeframe from the time of delivery. Therefore, we require any damage claims to be processed within this 24-hour period to ensure the insurance policy stays in effect.

  3. For all changes of mind or incorrectly ordered items, return postage costs are at the customer's expense and, if applicable, include postal insurance and tracking. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items. All products which are to be returned must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were delivered. We will process the refund, excluding the original shipping cost, regardless of any free or discounted shipping included at the time of purchase.

  4. If returning or exchanging your product, please ensure it is within the allocated 30-day period, which starts from the date of purchase. Please note that any refunded amount will exclude the original postage cost.

  5. Generally, once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled. If you have changed your mind regarding an order, please advise us within the 24-hour cancellation period. Cancelling an order after the 24-hour period has elapsed will incur a 20% restocking fee, unless you have made a prior arrangement with us.

  6. No attempt should be made to return goods without prior authorisation. We will not accept any responsibility for unsolicited returns.

  1. Once your returned item has been received, we will undertake a quality check of the product, and if the product is in its original packaging, free from damage and has not been used, we will process the refund, excluding the mandatory 20% restocking fee and the original postage cost, regardless of any free or discounted shipping that was included at the time of purchase.

  2. Your refund will be returned to the original purchase method, and we will contact you to confirm that the refund has been successfully processed.

  3. If a product or its packaging is damaged or has been used, we will not be able to process the refund.

Excluded Items

  • Made to order & Large Items: Vanities, Shaving Cabinets, Tallboys, Mirrors, Shower Grates, Wall Hung Basins and Baths. If you are unsure, please give us a call before placing the order.

  • Special finish tapware: Specially finished tapware cannot be cancelled or amended once ordered.

  • Discontinued, Display or Sale items: Any items that have been discontinued, on sale/clearance or sold as a display item are sold as is and are not eligible for our 30-day return policy.

  • Commercial orders: Large volume orders cannot be exchanged or refunded unless prior arrangements have been made with us.

  • Spare Parts & Others: All spare parts, toilet seats, cartridges and waste covers.
