Returns and Refunds

OUR RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Conditions

  1. For all warranty claims, faulty or not as described items return postage will be paid by Blue Leaf Bathware & Tiles and we will exchange or re-supply any product that is faulty or has been incorrectly supplied.

  2. We have a strict check and pack policy in our distribution warehouse to ensure all our products are in brand new condition and are safely wrapped before being dispatched. Upon receiving your items please be sure to inspect for damage or fault within 24 hours of items received, our included transport insurance with all items has an allocated timeframe of 24 hours from time or delivery. Therefore we require any damage claims to be processed within this 24 hour period to ensure the insurance policy stays in effect.

  3. For all change of mind or incorrectly ordered items cost of return postage is to be at the customers expense and if applicable to have postal insurance and tracking. All products which are to be returned must be in original packaging and in the condition as it was delivered. 

  4. If returning or exchanging your product please ensure it is within the allocated 30 day period which starts from the date of purchase. Please note that any refunded amount will be excluding original postage cost.

  5. Generally, once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled, if you have changed your mind regarding an order please advise us within the 24-hour cancellation period. We may be able to change or cancel a specific item after the 24 hour period but this may incur a re-stocking fee of 20% unless you have made a prior arrangement with us.

  1. Once your returned item has been received we will undertake a quality check of the product and if the product is in it's original packaging, free from damage and has not been used we will process the refund excluding the original postage cost.

  2. Your refunded amount will be returned via the original purchase method used and we will contact you to advise you the refund has been successfully processed.

  3. If a product or its packaging is damaged or has been used we will not be able to process the refund.

Excluded Items

  • Made to order items: Vanities, Shaving Cabinets, Tallboys and various wall hung basins and baths. If you are unsure please give us a call before placing the order.

  • Special finish tapware: Specially finished tapware cannot be cancelled or amended once ordered.

  • Discontinued, Display or Sale items: Any items that have been discontinued, on sale or sold as a display item are sold as is and are not eligible for our 30 day return policy.

  • Commercial orders: Large volume orders cannot be exchanged or refunded unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
