How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- Please ensure you have attached an image of the item being returned.
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition.
- Any items which are within the 30 day return period.

Sale/Clearance, free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your returned item has been received we will undertake a quality check of the product and if the product is in its original packaging, free from damage and has not been used we will process the refund excluding the original postage cost regardless of any free or discounted shipping that was included at the time of purchase.
- Your refunded amount will be returned via the original purchase method used and we will contact you to advise you the refund has been successfully processed.
- If a product or its packaging is damaged or has been used we will not be able to process the refund.
